I led the digital creative and design strategy across seasonal campaigns and daily content—including web, email, app, social media, digital ads, and UI/UX—working closely with marketing, merchandising, and tech teams to ensure alignment with business goals, product launches, and brand strategy. Managing a 12-person creative team, I focused on fostering collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I played a key role in evolving the brand through design thinking, enhancing creative quality, and strengthening its digital presence.
